Have noticed a coupke of glitches on the groups. Dont know if they have already beenmentioned. When people post messages on the firum and it goes to page 2 to view them when u click next it takes u to the main groups page so u cant see the follow on replys.
Also the next button on the members list doesnt work as previously mentioned.

Working in a sector that works directly with vulnerable people I see daily people slipping through the net. Staff are stretched to the limit and have to focus on what is thier job. Everyone cannot be everything to all people.
Although i feel this is a terrible thing to happen to anyone let alone a very small defenceless child how can one single person or a small group be held responsible.
Clients are often pushed from one worker to another and the workers are given little or no time to get to know the families or children involved.
Its very sad but the whole of social services shouldnt be held to task but the government for under resourcing services which are badly needed in our communities. Workers try very hard to meet everyones needs but there simply isnt enough time.
No single person is responsible for this (other than the adults that did the terrible abuse)

Myself and my son are on the register. I beleive that anything they can salvage would be welcomed by someone who can be saved. My son made the choice a long time ago and came to me about it. We discussed it and he figured if your dead it doesnt matter. He is 13 now.
I know that if the time ever came for me to make the decision for someone i love it would be difficult but its not a case of not wanting them cut up... anyone that has lost someone close will know that many people are cut up anyway to find out why they died, even those that have died in hospital. That personal choice is taken away so why not while they are in there take a few bits.
I Saw a program where people donated thier whole bodies and they were left to rot in different circumstances to see how they reacted. I dont know i would go that far though! although i realise the need for it. (I think thats been mentioned already)
I have previously donated eggs which is a long winded painful and drawn out procedure where females have to have a procedure to have them harvested, we dont get paid as men do for thier sperm donation lol and up until recently i have given blood. I feel if i have something someone else can benefit from and i dont need it then they may as well have it.
It is down to personal choice but i think people are lazy and forget to register, always something they will do tomorrow. I think families feel a guilt when asked and it shouldnt be anything they should have to decide at a time of upset.
Im too fat to give bone marrow dont think they would want it now anyway lol

I have created a group and while i can see it and am a member its not in the search and i can't invite members as it says it needs to be approved. I have been able to put things on it just wondered how long this takes...

I know you can delete comments but there are comments being made that take away our privacy... not on mine i add lol but freinds have been upset by things written. While they have deletedit, it had already been viewed by people they didnt want to see.
Cant this feature be like on other sites where we have to verify anything that goes on our profiles?

I'm sorry your friends are upset. Admin are trying to sort out the issue - once sorted out all comments are for approval by the account holder.
In the meantime, quickies should be able to be deleted by the account holder or the person who left the message. If your friends cannot do this - please ask them to pm Admin and explain, I'm sure they will delete them asap.
The quickie messages isn't meant to be for verification purposes at all. I know some members have been quite indiscreet with them ... Grrrrrr :mad: and if someone did that on my profile I would certainly let them know what I think.
