had the same problem a few weeks ago ....the only way of getting rid of the friends feeds....is to delete all off your friends.. just add your friends to your favourites list.

can someone tell me when we click into the chat room we get booted out'is it due to the fact we with AOL or is it something else,

try the chatroom lounge forum...there's a thread in there about aol.
got to agree with woo here ...£650 is a hell of a lot of money for a social ...not taking into account the non-refundable monies ..if people cant go there'll be other £5's on top ......
we recently did a social in darlington last weekend and the price was £3 per head ...we had roughly 90 people turn up and made a healthy sum for charity ....after the room was payed for there was approx £300 for charity which included the money made when a hat was put round, which made about £80.
that didn't really answer my question.....are the single males allowed to bring a friend ..if they are female ...to try and equal the numbers ...which are and always will be male dominated .......i'm not knocking this social ...far from it ......but it smacks of desperation when you wanting female members of the site to bring a female friend along to try and level the numbers out..
Quote by Mallock2006

does that mean they can bring male friends or does it have to be female .....and what about the men ...can they bring female friends ...or are they not allowed to bring anyone

The secret envelope that contains the rules hasn't been opened yet so an answer will be given shortly... ;-)
or still being wrote lol

Dont forget ladies, you can bring a non sh (single) member as long as they are aware of the sh lifestyle.
And please also remember this is a social 'get to know you' meet not a munch or sexual meet.
Thankyou peeps

Well we have re joined SH and logged into out local chat room and found the same people sitting there as 9 months ago!!!
We log in when we want fun.....odd times for chat but these lot must be sit in front of there computers every night just using the chat room. We don't actually think they ever swing! The single guys get flamed for tring to chat with these gods! They sit half dressed then complain about guys directing them!
All the guys we have met - 95% of them say they are treated like crap by these same lot. Yes I get annoyed and it is backed up by the many guys we meet.
Yes its a chat room but on a swing site. If they want virtual friends maybe they should try a general chat room like or Lycos etc. or maybe get a hobby.

i no for a fact that most of what you said is aimed at us ..as we had to endure a good few hrs of you slagging us of in the north east chatroom on thursday night..(yes they were reported to admin).we come on here because ......well i'm not gonna justify why we are on here ....because the day i do that is the day i cancel my account.
my fav presant ....................... a sat nav....now we can play away from home .....cos now we shouldn't get lost lol

I would so love to attend but i need to be up & awake & sober on 30/12/07
:cry

that a yes or a no
agreed pk ...and also a few peeps that are on the list seem to agree.......we often say to newbies....that a social is a great thing to go to ...to put faces to names and to ask more experienced members questions about anything they are'nt sure about ........then we stick a dj in the corner then drown everyone out with music that no one dances to till there at least half cut........then all you read in the thank you thread the next day ..is...i wish i had spoke to so and so ohhhhhhh ididn't no so and so was there ....i wanted to chat to them ..........background music...lights on .....everyone can talk to everyone....
we use the chatrooms regularly...ok all the time ...and we use it for the purpose it has been set up for....to chat .......if the chatrooms were solely about meeting and shagging ....then it would be predominatly full of single males, with a few couples...because in my opinion...if you could only talk about meeting up and sex in the chatrooms ...alot of people would stop using them

any space for last minute ppl? love to come...woo woo

 names on the list
can we also add our wishes for everyone to have a very merry chrimbo and a very prosperous new year to everyone on the site...
we recently moved into a flat that is on a water meter....and we have dramatically reduced our water useage....the toilet is flushed maybe twice a day, unless it's a no 2.....we never have baths...only showers.....after the dishes are washed the water then goes down the toilet..very little water is we moved in the water board wanted £30 a month., going by what the ppl before us used...we've got it down to £20 a month....a tenner doesn't sound much ..but it's still £120 a year ...about what we would spend on xmas food shopping.. never ever thought about how much water we used till we moved in here and it had a meter ...
it'll never happen....it won't happen...me nakid ffs....anyway nudity not allowed it's specified in the venue's rules
we would of loved to off made it to this do......but we have our do the next time is against us to make it to both ....have a great night....merry chrimbo to you all and a prosperous new year........seee you all in the new year
can people who have yet to confirm wether they are or are not attending on the 29th, please do so by xmas eve .. i don't want to be chasing people on xmas day and boxing day....details of where the venue is will be sent out on the 27th...and there is people on the reserve list that are wanting to go and need to book somewhere to stay....
Quote by Clairejohn
Hi is there any room left for 2 smallones biggrin

it'll be the reserve list at the min..
fancy dress is not compulsory...there's a few ppl wearing fancy dress...if you want to then do .......if you don't want to then don't....
we throw very little away...mrs c would chuck most things that are out of date in the bin...i was brought up before best by dates were on things....if it smells normal it gets ate....and i'm still here..fit and healthy......ok fit-ish ..the sunday joint, if it doesn't all get used....it's a curry on monday ...or sarnies, if the tattie* and veg dont all get used..they go in the frying pan on a monday, sometimes a tuesday...i hate wasting food..it costs enough to buy it i'm gonna make sure i eat it.
* potato.

i think we should be prepared to go that far...if we keep rolling over like we always have...this government and the next government will just continue to extort us...lets just protest on the days when the police go out on strike!

I agree there Mr Powers its all well and good sitting there moaning but when it actual comes down to doing anything we are to soft in this country and if the protest etc was time with the police strikeit may just show the goverment that they can't keep pushing us around.
Dont forget this also effects the NHS as well as food
a police strike will never happen....as parliament have to vote on wether to give the police the right to strike...as for fuel blockades, the government will let it go on for a few days...then they'll call in the police to remove them so supplies can get back to normal..
