I do see where you are coming from, but a few people have mentioned in this thread that they go in the BB Chatroom to see who is using the room. Good point, and the use of dental dams it is not something we have used or seen, but the same can be said for using condoms to give oral to a male. We have used condoms for oral (crikey, they taste AWFUL) but the majority of the time, we dont use them for oral and very rarely see others using them oral (thinking of parties or club situations here).

Don't get me wrong, each to their own, and if someone is willing to take the risk, then it is their life they are playing with, as long as they make it clear to everyone they meet, that they do play without protection. Personally, we would never meet anyone we know plays without, but that is our choice, and Im not saying it is the choice that everyone should make, but it is the choice that we make and for us, swinging is all about making choices; informed choices.
Anyone who swings knows the risk, and although condoms do make things somewhat safer, they offer no guarantee. However, I would never cross a busy road with my eyes shut, I look both ways, listen for traffic and then I weigh up the risks of crossing it safely. Its the same with swinging, condoms may not be the most passionate part of a meet, but we take the level of protection that we feel comfortable with, and that level of protection is to use condoms (plus back this up with having regular check ups just to make sure everything is fine).

Same here, we always use condoms for meets, always have, and always will (cant say I that I like the taste of them, and even the chocolate flavoured ones are rank) :sad:
We also use comdoms with each other if we are playing in a group situation, or if there is a chance that either of us will be playing with anyone else.
In an ideal world, we wouldnt need to use them, but its just not worth the risk and although we do get checked out regularly, not all things are easy to cure with a dose of antibiotics.
