Well I know a couple of people with cerebal palsy and the depiction of this in "Inside I'm Dancing" appeared very accurate (in my opinion).

It is really difficult trying to suss out who are the timewasters. Even after a phone call involving all parties, it can still fall flat on its face.
Well we are most definitely in the "swinging" category. However, we have decided to give it a rest for a while (no specific time - could be weeks, could be more). We just got a bit fed up of people (mainly couples) messing us around. Actually, since we haven't been swinging, our sex life has been absolutely fantastic lately and we feel very close. Could be just coincidence. One thing is certain, we are and always will be swingers. I am still enjoying reading and contributing to the board tho.

Ok call me stupid, but what are trojans and worms? I thought if I had spybot, adaware and norton antivirus that they would pick up things like that. I have had a look at some of the other downloads being suggested but wouldn't know which was one was the best.
