I know wot you mean cherry, when i was a kid my name was unusal and you could never get door plaques etc with it on.........wasn't until i was 18 that i found a keyfob with my name on and sad as it seems i still have it now over 20 yrs later...........
was in the attic today and as a child we had a rocking horse, which i still have today memories won't let me get rid of it even though i know i should and let other children have the pleasure from it that my sister, brother and my daughter have had, But the thought of a stranger having it doesn't bear thinking about!!!!!! I know its selfish but there you go

For birthday this year Dave bought me a set of personalised plates have not altered any lettering to look like anything else as have wot i want, But i did choose slightly funky lettering for my new number plate, and a slightly saucy by line.
And worry every time i see a police car lol
but up until now i have had no problems and hope to keep it that way, even flew through the MOT with the number plate on car .

Kids don't have programmes like we used to have any more, i remember going to school the following day to talk about the programme we had watched the previous night......
I also read that they are talking about cutting the budget for children's programmes as the people that say, say that they aren't making enough money and children aren't watching them, I say make some decent one's and children will be able to chat about the programmes they watched as kids just as we are now!!!!
I loved Mary, Mungo and Midge, Bill and Benn,Scooby Doo ( before Scrappy),Tiswas,Space 1999 on a sunday afternoon, remember watching World of sport and Grandstand with my Dad, The Clangers, and so many more................

I remember playing doctor's and nurse's, making dens in the woods and being out for hours and hours during the summer hols, on our street very few cars could chalk hopscotch and snails in the road, all the houses had kids and we all played together no matter how old or young we were........
Loved my space hopper, my purple chopper bike and my pram and doll, pinics on the common, french cricket and playing with Dad, day trips to Weston-super-mare
because we couldn't afford to go abroad

the only place we have ever found them is chams walsall and newport and omg yes they are so much fun, not knowing wot is on the other side of the wall!!!!
I am sure other clubs have them but don't know as these the only clubs we have been too........

Oh lostie so sexiest, my daugther is about to become a scout after being a cub scout for the last 2 yrs. She loves it and why on earth can't girls do the same things as boys?????
Scouts teach great skills and is very different to how it used to be, I know as I used to be a Leader (lol) yes woggle and all......
Things should be more uni-sex these days this is the 21st century, let our girls and boys mix in harmless fun they are only children for a short time......xxxx
