swinging is all about informed choice (well for me anyway) if i found out someone was attached and didnt have full knowledge of what was going on i would choose not to play with them just as i have the right to chose or not to if the other person was black or large or older. its about my own personal choice and is a judgement of the other person (rightly or wrongly)
but i also have double standards. i dont ask someones attached status when i am in a club for example and if they are there with their partners permission .. to be honest in that situation i dont care why they are there. i also do not have the benefit of a profile to look at and make that sort of judgement.
mind you i dont take looks and age into account when i am at a club either like i do when i look at a profile.

for things like cauliflower cheese ..... corn flower can be substituted instead of plain or self raising flour its just when large quantities of flour is needed ... ie in bread and cake making.... also arrowroot can be substituted for flour in some cases as well but is more expensive

If it's just wheat, then I know that Kellogs Cornflakes should be okay - Coco Pops have a tiny bit of wheat starch added, depending on how strict you're being about things. For main meals Rice is a saviour - and use all the different types from Risotto to wild Rice, Polenta is really good too. PS: One fact I thought was interesting when I researched this a while back - apparently there is wheat in the gum on the cheaper brands of envelopes. Bizarre but True - so no more licking envelopes!!

if its just a case of changing the singles account to a couples account then mail an op or a mod and they will change it for free for you ... if its a case of just changing your name then go to my profile (button over there >>>>>>>>>>)then click change username and a charge of just about £6 ... ifg its both then do 1 and then do the other lol .... no need to open a seperate account unless you want 2 accounts lol

i am not having sex with my partner i am making love ... the emotions involved when making love make the act of sex far better ... different from having sex after you have played with someone else sure it heightens the feelings you have for your partner therefore making it better

i was in a sexless marriage . it wasnt always so it just ended up like that... i was scared of being on my own i suppose too scared to end it as i think he was as well but when the decision was made and the hurt and anger of betrayal left and i was calm enough to examine what had happened ... it was exackly what we both needed to do i am far happier in where i am as a person and who i choose to be not just i am with them because it is familiar

we have found that durex heat is worse than the durex tingle which is a cool sensation where as the durex heat is more ermmm spicy .. advice that i can give is to try them both but not direct on sensitive parts first. try rubbing a small amount on your lips to see what sensation you get and also if its too much sensation at least your sensitive bits have not been compromised

i didnt attend and am sorry that you felt that you had to leave the venue due to 1 person ... couldnt the venues staff have had a word with the person concerned to calm the situation as it was your function.. as far as no shows are concerned i feel that this is all part of an organisers life and having arranged socials etc myself i am well aware of people not showing up and not giving reasons or 'weak' reasons.
it is a poor show and shame on them for not informing the organiser as i know how much effort goes into organising such events especially if there is an outlay of cash that needs to be covered by the people attending
it is people like yourselves and myself that arrange these events with the best intentions of getting like minded people together in an enviroment that is safe and meant to be fun for all.
that said it was not a munch and therefore is not governed by sh rules and regulations so i dont see that a lot can be done by naming and shaming even if to a moderator

what i like and want to see one day is not necessarily what i want to see another but a profile with a wide range of photos and information about the person/people in the profile is always a winner with me. if they dont want to put face pics on main profile then add then to the private gallery dont ask for pics you are not willing to have on your own profile. ie face pics a must but you have no hint of face pics on your own profile
