I know what you mean Iâ€™m very shy too lol

. I think every one gets a little nervous (apart from the seasoned much veterans possibly) part of the course. All those thoughts running through your head running through your head, will they like me, will I like them, will they talk to me, god I hope I got the right place, does my bum look big in this smile

etc . But it does all go away once you are there. My alcohol is the answer like neilinleeds said :)
