Ridiculous notion, diesels don't have a spark ignition circuit and the compression ratio in a diesel engine is way to high. By the time you have paid for reducing the CR and the addition of an ignition circuit you would do better to purchase a second hand petrol engine complete!
Trucks can run with gas conversions as well as normal every day cars....
They will use gas and diesel together....
We've carried out many such gas conversions on trucks where I work..

A dlb room? Jeepers I'd have to have one of those just for me and my entourage, there is the valet, the butler, the chambermaid along with my suitcases of clothes, if it's one night I'll have to have at least 5 pairs of shoes/boots and then of course there is the man-friday...and he's well blessed.
