Hi there
It's my long weekend off work and I'm looking if there's any fun to be had ..
I'm free from Saturday night right through to Tuesday...
Looking for fun within about an hour of Wolverhampton ...
More than happy to travel ....
Have a cpl of pics in my private gallery and I can send an invite to anyone who's interested...
Look forward to hearing from you
Steve
:-)
If you are receiving abuse or feeling threatened by anyone on the site ,be it chatrooms or forum, then inform a Moderator or Chatroom Op and it will be dealt with under the site AUP...
No-one should have to tolerate any form of abuse/stalking etc....
We're all here for fun at the end of the day....
Hope you manage to get it sorted quickly...
Apples plans for world domination take another setback it appears....
Although not very (well not all at all actually) active on the site or prevelant in the forums in the last few years I have still been logging in and contributing now and then and reading quite a lot...
I split with my last partner some 4 1/2 years ago and since then have remained single(only cause no-one wanted me)...
I'm now in a new relationship and we are very much "loved up" at the moment..
She isn't the swinging "type".....I haven't asked her lol but I just know....So for me to remain a member here seems akin to being unfaithful even though I don't partake any more...
It is with this in mind I shall be asking admin to ,at the very least, suspend my account for the foreseeable future....
So have fun guys'n'gals and maybe I'll see you again some day..
I hope not (but don't take that personally) ;-)
You've got to take time to heal and do what you think is best...
You've got friends here but they won't hold it against you if you decide to take time out or even leave totally....
You can always keep in touch other ways...
I can only imagine how empty you must be feeling right now but don't try and take it all on and cope alone..
Lean on your friends.....It's what they would want....
xx

Is there a way to sign the petition without watching the video ?

Yes...
The video is there but you have to click to watch it....
The petition is to the right of the video and can be signed without the need to view the video...
A number of well know high street stores have recently been shown the light as to how the angora products they sell are farmed.....And they have Stopped selling them or halted production while investigations take place....
Frankly the methods are barbaric....So much so that I can't watch the video for a 2nd time..
The latest in this line of stores is Matalan....
I realise that will not interest all of you here so would ask that those who have no interest please try and refrain from any negative comments as this thread is designed to help stop these farms producing in such ways...
I will include a link but please,if you are in the least bit tickle stomached or an animal lover then I advise you NOT to watch as after I watched I had to wipe tears from my eyes..
It would be great if you could sign the petition and maybe share the link if you frequent a well know social networking sight and get your friends to do the same....
I myself have 2 rabbits (although not the angora type) and often devote some of my spare time to helping out at a local animal rescue centre for rabbits and guinea pigs...
So......Here's the link and again......Please don't watch if your easily upset.... and lastly ...
Thankyou....

How sad....

You are quite correct. But notwithstanding all the good he did for the world, history still shows he was convicted wink

As were the Birmingham 6 ;-)

It's only a few minutes of your day this year, so please remember the men and women that have died and been injured for our country.
You may argue and disagree at times, not least about the causes of war, but this is not the time or the place.
We shall be at the Exeter ceremony with our children tomorrow; We hope you will be replicating us elsewhere.

Will only be in the living room but 2 minutes silence,to reflect, will be observed ...

Personally I think that Other than socials and the regulars that enjoy the banter, a majority of people that use chatrooms have no intentions to sex .

That's the precise opposite to why I use the chatrooms...
I only use them if I am looking to meet...
Takes all sorts huh :lol2:

But would they be willing or even able to do the work these brave men and women do?
Have you ever smelt burning human flesh? It lingers on your nostrils for days/weeks. It's sickening.
Seen a completely charred body? It's gut wrenching and It has you heaving and looking for the nearest hedge but sadly you can't just leave your assigned task as you might in an office environment. You have to deal with it.
How about pulling a decapitated mutilated cadaver out of a burned out car wreck moments after you've eaten your supper?
Someone has to do it and these brave guys/gals do. They are worth every penny in their pension receipts. If those people who wish they could get such a deal they would first have to earn it.

Whilst I'm in no way denying firefighters do a fantastic job and I'm not trying to play down just how horrific it can be at times.....It is the career path they choose so they must accept those possibilities....
And having said that I do agree it is wrong to expect them to work until they are 60..
Only a handful are ever going to be able to carry out the required tasks or pass any fitness tests at that age and I do support their industrial action (although they were still answering emergency calls at least in my area anyway) ...
Rocky Horror ?
Christ I won't even have to dress up for that :lol2:
Stick me down pls :-)

She's not had the easiest of times the last cpl of years and started year 10 half way through so had some serious catching up to do....
Worked like a Trojan she has and it paid dividends..

Steve,
Well done her - I'm sure like Flower, you're proud.
Paddy
To be honest she gives me so many reasons to be proud of her but those results are something special and gave me reason to tell them to everyone on a well know social networking site :-)
