Great to see so many singers, especially as there were some good singers amongst you! As I said last night, apologies if you didn't get more than one song! But as there were well over 20 singers, and as we had to finish at 11:15, we just ran out of time! Next time, get your names down early! lol

For the true statistical anoraks among us -
it's made up of the same line up as usual...
single fems 56% paid
single males 20% paid thus proving they are all mouth to whinge that in the words of that great Del Amitri song "Nothing ever happens" but no action when chance comes if it involves money (ohh did I say that outloud) rolleyes

(Though I knew who one chap would be without even looking at the list and I mean in addition to me)
couples 34% paid.
Prove me wrong folks - you can barely even get one pint of beer in Cambridge for that price.
I've waited three years or so to meet Miss B Having and I dont want my chance to be spurned now.
Offers Miss B Having gentlemanly assistance to carefully step off soapbox to avoid the rush of people heading to postboxes.

Well, at last, we're recovered lol

So about time that we put in a slightly longer post.
Good to meet many of you. A shame that we both didn't get a chance to meet more, but as one of us was a little restricted in movement, it couldn't be helped lol

As requested, although there was a selection of music playing from about 7:30, the 'party' feel and the karaoke didn't actually start till about 10:00. 15 singers might not sound like many, but most of you got two songs in, plus there were a few duets - the time certainly flew by! lol

And there were certainly some good singers amongst you! :karaoke:
But not going to mention any names, in case any of you wish to remain anonymous lol

But we will remember last night for a long time smile
