Thanks Sarah, but I'd already read that thread, and the message is different, in that the one that thread relates to is an Authorisation Failed message. Mine is a constant "you have been disconnected etc. etc." message.
It would seem that the lack of response would indicate that no one else is having the same problems as me, and I'll therefore assume that it's my lappy that's the problem.
Oh well ....
Been having problems for the last week or so. It's taking about 5 attempts to open chat, I get "you have been disconnected, the error has been logged to our technical team to investigate". Sometimes I get in, and then when I try to change server, I get disconnected, other times I can't even get connected at all!
Starting to get a bit frustrating now, can someone advise what's goin on please and whether it's SH problem or my lappy?

I've tried 3-4 times this evening to log into chat, it says welcome, etc. then goes grey, then the message appears in the bottom corner saying I've been disconnected and the matter is being referred to the technical team. How can I be disconnected? I never got connected in the first place! :cry:
I'd really like to get into the chatroom tonight, and I'll keep trying, but having only just renewed my membership, I'm a little disheartened already.
