yeah london punk to work with rock bands all over the country,no one big realy,like packo from a good punk club in london,£1 a can of beer and open all around camden brigde somtimes having a beer with some mates so pop down if you like and introduce yourself if you for spud or rob{kaffa}.

well dont be too put off star have got a point you need acsess to list of who is ok and who is worry get involved and take you time,and with some help i'm sure somthing will happen good to have a few landlord/managers on side for the somone who knows can give you a i think they were just saying about running before you can the best .cheers.
Has anyone else found using this site i have been able to stick to my healthy eating and exersices a lot more than without it.I have even bought as set of weights and an exersise bench,so it realy does help one stick to a health regime.i supose that it is the fact that i might find it embarassing to meet people and not be in my best shape,so thanks for the insentive swinging helps a lot.

ooh good if some one knew they had it but people can be carriers of flu and colds and have no symtems because of being immune to it,so might not of known that they had stong/strengh Beechmams flu remady or some type of remedy powder is quite good though.

it,s all to do with your covanant i think.i have got permission to be free with my sexualality,have been made free and am gratfull.i am religous or rather have a faith and use it regulary.i was born in a rather haunted house so know what i am talking is so many things going on in life that a few blessings and such are uselly needed.i am happy with my faith and love having it makes a big difference.
