Yes, Andy, you are right to a certain extent, but the medical examiner used the term, he walks his dog, for EVERY section and question on his report, he also stated that hubby had no difficulty in removing his pullover, but seeing as it was one of the hotest days on which he had his medical, this was certainly not true as he had a shirt we have appealed, we think thats why we are being treated the way we were today.
Giro not received on Tuesday, but issued on previous Friday. Told to see fraud officer 11am, after filling in forms and numerous questions ,counter payment arrival at the Post Office at , the postmistress informed us that she could not cash the giro as there was an error on it and we had to return to the office. new giro ,was told that there was a clerical error on the first one, this ones ok, bearing in mind first giro had passed through three different sections to get to us and been checked by three different people. So if this is not incompetence, and a waste of resources what is it?

AndyS HE, as the wife of the person who WAS refused benefit because he had a dog, I can assure you that it was NOT BOL-- LOCKS. The people at the DSS have even told us themselves that the decision was wrong, as they have seen him for themselves in sheer agony with his spinal injury, and shoulder pain doubled up in pain in their office. My husband was asked if we had a dog, to which he replied ,yes, he was then asked if he took it for walks, he replied yes, and this was put in the report , but what the doctor failed to mention the dog is never put on a lead and runs in an open field, when the medical report came back it said if he can hold a dog on a lead he must have full use of his arm, so he was fit to go back to driving, hence our benefit stopped. However as our GP and orthopaedic surgeon will not allow him to return to work due to his injuries we find ourselves in a very difficult situation.
I myself worked for 10 years in the DSS, so I understand the system, and we had no glass panels to protect us from irate customers as we treated them with a lot more respect than some of the Civil Servants do today, but what goes arround comes arround.

And the benefit system is open to abuse.
Hey, the disability office (not for me, but my kid) gave mea list of benefits I'm entitle to and valid reasons why I can't work :shock:
But I'm in no mood to debate this one out with you. All I'm saying is it's far too easy to stay at home and collect benefits. And from your other post you said unemployed and surfing job vacancies YOU did not say you were claiming

Hi rudolph uk, we have encountered the same problem as you. The social , in their wisdom, stopped hubbys benefit on the advice of their doctor, because........He has a dog. ( WELL YOU NEED A DOG TO GO DOGGING, DONT YOU!!!!!) This was also against the advice of one of our areas top orthopaedic surgeons, we sympathise with you , and we cant wait for the day our GP finds him fit for work, then we wont have to be demoralised every week by having to sit in the social for a counter payment with drunks and druggies because the powers that be have yet again forgotten to send out our weekly giro. :twisted:

mal609 sorry you are wrong I talk to older doggers who say they are members of SH or look at site and yet they do exactly the same and discourage genuine even phone each other to let each other know if there is a show on and they presume that they have the right to prowl in packs right up to the car. So like the old saying , you cant teach an old dog new tricks, you cannot get them to understand that times have changed and there are now rules.

Hi if you need to know the rules and locations look at this are always people walking around at the location you stated, these people dont abide by the rules. However if you are patient there are several couples who frequent this location and who are willing for you to watch.

You have an awful lot to learn about the art of dogging. If you post times and locations on this site, not only is it an open invitation for the boys in blue, but also, boyracers and MMB .Then you will also find that the location will be inundated with all men gathering to see the odd couple which as a woman I find intimadating and .hubby gets rather fed up when too many single guys turn up , and I do not feel in control of the situation,which is the womans perogative. :taz:
