Stu.... isuspect it is more to do with what is aestheically pleasing.... lets face it cocks whether flaccid or not do look comic where as I have never found anything about a woman to be comic.... sometimes I may choose to look the other way ( airbags for instance), but on the whole the design characteristics of the female form are just mor pleasing on the eye.... I suppose we would all balk at an avatar of a hot and ready vagina.... but few if any ladies post such shots as avatars.... where as blokes are a lot more brazen.... I am happy for genital shots be they male or female to be proscribed as Avatars...

I do not disagree with Stu /Fran.... but I do think that there is generally more acceptance of the naked or semi naked female form from both male and female, than there is of the naked male member.....yes it is not equal but that is the case in society.... we cannot deny that such members exit and I am confident that many ladies here are well pleased that they do....
I would hate to see imtimate avatarts banned... I hate dot see anything banned.... but in same way that ALex's airbags may put me of my tea so might IYMBE's intimate avatar put others off theirs!!!
