Turnout! There are 62 million people in the UK roughly and Cameron said on the TV the other day 9 million voted Tory 6 million voted labour. So what does that make the rest around 1.5 million. Lets face it that bloody shit out of 60 million. In any other vote say for example a trade union vote that wouldn't even be seen to be a big enough turn out for a result.

Banning under 18s from voting makes a dent in that 62 million Tweeky - in fact 29M people voted - 65% of the electorate...
Which in America makes the vote legal.
Pity we don't have the same rule here to ensure people turn out in large numbers thus making the result is as good a representation of the populations desire as it is possible to get.
Have you not seen the link above?

I don't have an office to work in, so I can't be naked there. I work in public places, so whilst I wouldn't have any problems being naked in public, there are laws against such behaviour.
Should you need anything electrically testig in your office Vamp, then I'd be quite happy to attend to your needs and you can watch my bum if you wish too. wink
Soitude I have found can come in many different forms.
The solitude to enjoy something self indulgent. Time to read, or enjoy a craft, or hobby, or just to sit and reflect upon life. It can be quietly or enthusiastically indulged. Brings contentment, self satisfaction and a feeling of inner well being.
Then theres the solitude that may come in another form. For me it comes with the job, and being busy and self absorbd helps. I travel too and have vistied a number of towns, and cities, and enjoyed the varied landscape of this green and pleasant land.
I have found a solitude that I wish to share. An odd concept but let me explain. Last Autumn I was driving south through the Cairngorms and stoped for lunch in a layby. The sky was blue, and the sun bathed me in the last warming rays of the year. Before me a vista of rolling mountains dressed in trees coloured in a palette of autumnal colours. It was a solitude I would want to share with another human being. just the two of us alone, together
Finally there is the solitude of rejection. You are suddenly no longer part of the team, you no longer play due to the descission of another. Your stood on the sidelines watching others play. The years of lying awake at night, the darkness your companion. Whilst two feet away you can hear the soft breathing of a woman. A woman who constantly and consistantly rejects your advances.
What was the name of that castaway football?
Two pints of lager and a packet of crisps
