Are people still having trouble with hotels? If so, just shout up and I will go in and ask them availability - I ive near most of them and they often keep back rooms that don't go onto their central reservation system.

The restaurant are fully aware of exactly how many to cater for and exactly what meal choices people have made. I also have a copy of everyones choices so there is no confusion on the night! The restaurant have been emailed every time there is an adittion and numbers reconfirmed in every email, so they shouldn't need any further haven't replied to the last few emails tho, so if your around Judy check if they got them, and if not give me a call and I will pop over and confirm everything with them!
I have sent Gem an updated list, so anyone who didn't get a pm should get one as soon as she logs back on!
