I think its good to be on the side of caution, plus if he is not giving you the right information ask yourself is he the guy you thought he was, maybe he isn`t as single as he made out if this was one of your requirements
I`m not part "of the clique" yet I post what I like when I like.
Its simply the fact that some people take great umbridge if you don`t agree with them or their point of view, and then there are others who haven`t been around long enough to suss out peoples characters and take even greater umbridge if they go off on a tangent or answer in their own "unique" way.
No one stops anyone from answering or joining in on threads.
I`ve had a bad day because I have a poorly tooth which has made me look like I am sucking an eternal gob stopper and my dentist keeps rooting about in my canal without anaesthetic :upset:
Blimey I was going to ask to borrow a tenner too
I cant play this game, the only thread I ever started was about the forum having a moment
Conversations don`t run in "the normal manner", you start off with one topic and end up with something else, thats how conversations run, thats how threads run, jeez :eeek:
Its stuff like this that kills the forum, not people with strong opinions and a sense of humour, although it can be somewhat "quirky" :silly:
Its like the old saying goes "sticks and stones", its words on a screen, DG is right man up ffs. Brucie posts threads about fat people all the time, I say my bit in reply but I don`t cry bully, and Starlight you even posted on the last fat people thread so please lets not have anyone playing the victim here.
I like the forum, I like the people who use it even if I don`t agree with everything they say.
My parents didn`t screw me up, I am the 3rd of 4, we shared what little we had, my dad worked for the coal board and my mum worked in all sorts of factories trying to give us a few extras.
We didn`t go on holiday, my parents have never had a car, my sister and I had clothes from the girls next door and we had new dresses for the Church Sermons and coats for Christmas off my aunts.
The toys we played with were things we made ourselves or trees we climbed and streams we paddled in and field we ran about in but I tell you it was a fabulous childhood because we were all close and my parents looked after us fantastically well with what they had.
The thing it has taught me is that you don`t need all the fineries in life, if I have it we all share it, the simple pleasures are much more valuable, being with people you love dearly and enjoying being in their company.
My parents are great parents and even greater grand parents, so sorry but no screw up here.
I don`t use any of them, we use chat on here occasionally and we use msn to chat to eachother depending where BMW is, apart from that we like to go out and socialise if we can
Hedgehog bread is very tasty too with big knobbly crusty bits for the spines
Blimey you just keep chewing on this bone, put it down and lets move onto something else ffs.
Some of these people have been posting in here for years and probably been falling out with each other for years too, its the way of the world, its not all sickly-sweet and candy-like, that would just be boring.
People have different senses of humour and if you are new to the forum and don`t understand them then you might think they are being a tad snippy with you.
Now can we please leave it and move on, thank you.
A little Stone Sour is good, or a bit of Avenged Sevenfold, maybe a dash of Metalica with a hint of Disturbed thrown in for good measure would do the trick :karaoke:
(sorry but I cant post the links it wont let me)
I was originally Sandybeach1 as my name is Sandy and a friend at work used to call me Sandybeach, now I`m mrs-bmw because BMW-biker is my other half :inlove:
I love love love love L`eau D`Issey by Issey Miyake because of its fresh clean ozone smell, I`m not one for floral fragrances.
Marc Jacobs Daisy is also a favourite of mine, feminine yet spicy.
Recently discovered how nice Calvin Klein`s Eternity is and I do occasionally treat myself to it.
I`m not too sure about men`s fragrances, I just know that a man who smells good is absolutley yummy
My favourite topping would be mixed peppers, little bit of pepperoni, red onion, black olives with mozarella sprinkled on the top and a dusting of black pepper and oregano
