In this case, I'd say, "Yes"
I think people should think about their nic-name and avatar, from a readers view point.
In a lot of cases it is very difficult to know from the nic-name and/or the avatar the gender of the contributor.
Checking the profile in many cases also does'nt give a clue. It's all well and good trying to find an eye-catching nic-name and avatar, but in a lot of cases it totally confuses.

This happened some years ago, but is perfectly true.
Our elderly next door neighbour, proudly announced to my mother, that her son had got himself a new girl friend, and that she had a very good job, working as a "call girl".
My mother let the comment pass, but we later found out that the girl was a
"Switchboard Operator".

A mate of mine years ago had a girlfriend who had had a tattoo, when she was younger, and she used to use a stage make up called Leichner, to hide it.

You can find reviews for most clubs, at the top of this page, just hit the "Clubs and Parties" tablet. Most of them seem to be quite old reviews though, probably because people don't realise there is a review section there, so just put comments on here ad hoc.

The drinks think, is as said take your own or get it there. There are a couple of local hotels, rather than a taxi home ( depends on cost, home arrangements, baby sitters etc) But I've stayed at The Spread Eagle pub/hotel for £28 incl b/fast. Check Liaisons web site at the top of this page under clubs/parties, for list of nearby hotels/B&Bs.

I've always serve cheese at my parties, but never with pineapple, so from now on Pineapple it is. Along with Vodka Jelly ( Blue, will you give me the recipe at your Birthday bash) Melon was also mentioned "to cool down" a bit counter-productive I would think. But, Pork pies , Chicken legs (AND breasts) always go down well.

There is also a "park and ride" situated at the old Ladywell Hospital site in Salford. Leave the M602 at exit 2 and follow the signs for Eccles and Hope Hospital. You can then jump on the Metro-link which will drop you right outside the Piccadilly hotel, and costs £1-80 return.

Liaisons in Rochdale ( see clubs etc for info) lets single guys in every Friday night, and Sundays after 8pm. Although Saturdays nights are couples only, they have started to allow single guys in on the first Saturday night of every month (ie tomorrow night ).
Also Partners in Bury, allow single guys in every Fri and Sat night.

Seems I missed all the late night and early morning fun and games. As I said I had an early start ( 6am), so next time I hope to arrange things better. Perhaps a couple of days off would be in order. Or maybe join later for the drinks part the evening. Judy, you looked SOO elegant in you blue dress, and drinking Baileys with a straw. I hope the weather is good for this weekends Pride, if not how about going over to Lesbian Bridge. Anyway what started as Sassy and a few friends having a meal seems to have mushroomed, and turned out to be a really good night. I hope to catch up with you all soon. Cheers till next time

Thanks for a nice night, the eating place was great, and should be a success in the Village. Its sods law isn't it, everyone else's meal is OK while yours turned out a bit of a bummer. And, to cap it all you were called in to work ( which one was it by the way), you seem to have a number of jobs. Anyway at least you were spared the torture of the nipple clamps "ouch", :shock: ask Blue. I think she would rather have the comfort and support of her cushion. To the couple from The Midlands,hope you got home OK and found everything "intact", as he should be, at that tender age. Best of luck with your party, let me know, if it goes ahead, and I'll be there. Sorry I had to leave early, as I have an 6am start in the morning, sorry today.
