Be clever, polite, integrous, dominant but not domineering, non racist/sexist etc. 

Be someone who wants to be a friend as well as a lover. 

Be someone who is comfortable with very tall and very large women.

Be age appropriate (45-65).

Ideally be single.  It's not a deal breaker if you have sufficient time for overnights etc. 

Be near London or in London a lot.  

Be someone who sends a message you have thought about rather than just used the standard text suggested.

Not interested in one-offs.
