Hi there, just joined so be kind to me!

I have been in relationships almost constantly since i was 20 and at age 43 (but still feel 20) I found myself unexpectedly single. I have found that i am enjoying the freedom that brings but i do really miss the company of a lady; both to share my day with and in the bedroom (or elsewhere!).

I am a glass half full kind of guy; I like to see the lighter side of life and am looking for a bit of fun. If that leads to something else then fine - i have no pre conceived ideas about what the future may hold. I cook and would like nothing better than to invite you around for a meal and a few drinks and to get to know you. Alternatively i can travel and find myself in London fairly regularly...

Fitness wise I am 6 foot 4 and muscular although i must admit to being a bit cuddly around the waste. I swim at least a mile every day whisvh is addressing that issue but also ensures that i have the stamina of an ox....
