What's the point of filling out the second survey on how many rooms you can be in when it's already been implemented before the results of today's survey are in????

Multiple Rooms Limit
Due to feedback we received regarding chatroom performance in our survey, we have decided to limit the number of rooms that you can join at any one time to two rooms; one lobby (rooms which appear at the top of the room list) and one non-lobby."
We put that change in place immediately due to the high number of people that requested a reduction or change in the original survey, one of the main reasons being the impact it has had upon the quality of chat, also related were a percentage of people experiencing issues from multi-chat due to browser type and pc limitations, from the initial survey it was apparent that the multi-room in its previous form was doing more harm than good and as such needed to be restricted pretty much straight away.
The results from the later survey will help us to fine tune the services in the future based upon the specific options in the new survey, the first survey was great as it did give us some great feedback on likes/dislikes etc. Unfortunately due to the nature of open ended questions it isn't always easy to quantify specifics and we would rather base any future changes where possible upon these surveys.
On the whole many were positive about the changes;

However the devils in the detail and we need to try to ensure that chat experience is as good as possible for everyone.

so how come im in 3 rooms at the moment then ?
i love multi room occupancy and dont want it to be limited to only 2
if that has to be, can it be altered to any 2 rooms rather than what you specify please ?
I'm not sure how you can be in 3 at the moment, unless you still have an old version of chat cached.
The way its set up at the moment you can join any 2 rooms, the main limitation being that you cannot join more than one of the admin rooms at a time.
