I have been using my non OP account these past few days and now I understand your fustrations and annoyances....
When using my OP account I never had any of the problems that have been highlighted in this forum but omg do I know about them now :lol2:

Hiya Shireen - good to see that you've seen the problems others have regularly with non-Op accounts....I think a number of members have been very frustrated with feedback from Ops stating they have no problems (some replies have implied that it's the fault of the individual concerned). I'm sure you'll be sharing your findings with other Ops.
