Bullying in chatrooms is rife
I have made several complaints and all sh does is slap peoples wrists
When I submit support tickets about it they get deleted.... why is that??

I have never had a support ticket deleted?
Maybe you need to mail them and ask why it is happening, if it is.

You got a reply earlier today explaining that all the issues on there were resolved and its been deleted, if you have a complaint with regards to anything new that has happened in the chatroom feel free to open up a new support ticket.
If you have a report to make with regards to a rule break, open a new ticket and it will be dealt with.
If you open a another ticket without a valid reason, it will be deleted.

I have made the complaints with copied and pasted conversations,I have sent these into sh,the support ticket that I sent in has been deleted.... I cannot access it through my profile.... it smells of corruption to me!! when I asked why my ticket was deleted I got the reply that it had been dealt with. I asked why it was deleted and not closed and I got no reply

does that mean you don't close tickets then you delete them?? sorry I am confused...
So if the people that were abusive before decide to do it again I have no proof that they have done it previously as you have deleted the ticket where I made the original complaint?

We delete them if people continually re-open them when issues have been resolved, without good reason.
If a member re-offends we have records of the original offence.
