cam will not load

I have been using web cam in chatrooms using firefox browser as well as IE, very recently i accidently clicked on something when i was in the chatroom /firefow and since then the cam will not load... but is still working with IE.
Hopefully it will be a quick fix, but as yet to no avail...
ANY HELP PLEASEEEEEE.
