I myself to not turn my cam on very often, but when i do i make sure I look my best...ie..fix make up, comb hair, straighten clothes, make sure room is tidy n not lookin like a bomb site...do other peeps make the same efforts??
The reason i ask is sometimes i have switched someones cam on n thought yerr nice person etc etc but really could u not have tidied up a tad first, same as some pics that are posted could the clutter not be moved or edited out?
Do the majority of ova peeps make an effort or is it just ..take me as you find me

pics are pics at the end of the day sometimes the best pics are the natural ones if that means taken when ya drunk or ya house is messy then so be it

Sunday morning cam for me, naked ironing in the chatroom. :lol:
:lol: I dont cam very often either, mainly due to the fact that i have two heads and I find it difficult to fit them into the screen. Plus the fact that its twice as much make up to put on and two lots of hair dos to attend to! 
But i must own up to checking out the backgrounds in others cams, just to be nosey really......its interesting to see what their taste is in furniture or even Christmas decorations this time of year lol.....
Thats as long as I can see round the huge willy that dominates the screen.................of course Im joking, I only look at fully clothed cams.........for goodness sake..........

Pics, yes - I think people should kinda make the effort to look nice and move the ironing pile out of the background etc.
Cam - nah! It's nice to see people as they are, in their natural state.
I have dolled up for the cam before but I've also totally slobbed it too. It's still the same person, though.

I have been known to cam with a towel on my head after getting out of the shower. Have sat in painting clothes after DIY.
Also regular working clothes..
I can't think of a time when I have 'done myself up'. If I did my hair perfectly etc (I never wear make-up anyway) I would worry that anyone that I subsequently met would feel incredibly let down if they then met me. I am who I am, and I can almost guarantee that after sex my hair will be a mess, I will have been sweating and will look nothing like I do when I have 'made an effort'
I do ensure that there isn't much in the background tho' as a particularly 'keen' person spent half an hour commenting on particular books I had on my book shelf and making statements about me based on what he could see. It was a little freaky especially when he talked about my blinking being in perfect synchronicity with his heartbeat ? :shock:
