Cams not Loading

having trouble with cam it will not load ,anyone have any ideas im using a macbook

Within the box where your cam should appear there is a link you can click if you are having trouble loading your cam. This will take you to a page with some trouble shooting advice. Failing that raising a ticket should get you the help you require.

Having said that...I know there is an issue at the moment with the cam server that the tech guys are trying to resolve ASAP.

Saw your post. Try this. Often happens after any iOS updates 👍🏻

This is what I have to do if using any apple device. Hope it’s of use to everyone. If cam goes off repeatedly this should solve. Always worth checking especially after any iOS update

1. Navigate to: Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features
 
2. Set "NSURLSession WebSocket" to OFF and restart Safari (or the phone/tablet). This seems to fix the issue for now at least.

Cams just don’t load properly now. Have constant issues! It shows on but have “frozen” “not loading” “blank” it’s getting beyond a joke. We pay a lot for this site. Service needs to improve. Even signing out doesn’t work.

Anybody having issues with the latest iOS 17 update for iPad. Cam keeps crashing I can’t see anyone’s as they won’t load. Can see where to check in safari now. Settings In chat room are webrtc. Thanks

Still not acceptable the cam issue here. Not had an update. The solution they gave doesn’t work webrtc beta is rubbish only gives a forward cam. We pay good money for this site. Cam constantly crashes as error message. When you’re lucky to get a few seconds no one’s can see it! Other users cams don’t load. You really need to up your support
