i click on the "enter the chatroom" button and it opens the new page but comes up with
The connection has timed out
The is taking too long to respond.
its been like this for 12 hours now, ive deleted all history, cookies etc but still cant get in!
any suggestions?

we can get straight in, circa 1 second
as an initial suggestion have you tried both 'main site' Chat log in and also Desktop Chat log in ?
(one one occasion we had an issue with one, but got straight in on the other)
alternatively we'd suggest you raise a Support Ticket via
http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/support-tickets/new-ticket.html
and include information as to
- which browser you are using, e.g. IE, Firefox, etc.
- which operating system, e.g. Windows 7, XP, etc.
- whether accessing Chat via http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/chatroom/ or via Desktop Chat option
OK, understand that Support might not look at it until Monday, unless some one in over weekend.
