Cannot get into chat room on PC

I can access the chat rooms on my Ipad but for some reason best known to itself, when I try to access the chat rooms on my PC, it just says "reconnecting" continuously and shows that there are no rooms and no members online. It is just as if the site is down but I know it's not. Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. Tried all the obvious things and have run cleaners etc to no avail.

Hello, what OS / Browser/ Device are you using? Have you cleared your cache/ fiddled a little with popup blockers?

I've done all that, disabled anti-virus and vpn, cleared cache and run clean up software. At a loss now and so frustrating.

sorry also tried three different browsers which all use different pop up blockers. No difference.
