HI WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT?CANT GET INTO THE CHAT ROOM IN THE HELP PAGE IT COULD BE THE FIRE WALL STOPPING IT WORKING SO TURN IT OFF .STILL NOT GETTING IN CHAT ROOM .DOWN LOAD LATEST FLAHPLAYER SO CANT BE CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PLEASE? rolleyes

Do you get any sort of error message? Does the chatroom window load at all (and appear empty) or not appear in the first place? Have you tried an alternative browser to find out whether it's a setting causing the problem? If could be a popup blocker too.
By the way, it would be good if you could take off your caps lock (it's regarded as SHOUTING onine) wink
