any ideas why i cant get into chat,or at least see anything when i get there ? sign in as normal an click chatroom and when i hit the enter chat button it opens as a pure white screen an stays that way
it did the same last night to me but i thought it was the system an not me but seems i have the prob as no one else has mentioned it on the forum

Best bet is to take a support ticket and Admin will be able to help you out. I'm guessing it's probably something fairly technical which rules out me giving you any help, sorry!

this is the problem i have and have reported in another thread ... only advice i can give you is to keep closing the chat window then reopen it perhaps a few times till the window opens with the autherised bit in it
