Unable to get into chat rooms. Just says reconnecting

5:00 still not working

still not working..Beyond a joke now

and still nothing!!!!!!!!

Even if mark8 posted not long after it went down that means it has been out for at least 9 hours

went down about 11pm last night, so 10 hours now

At what point do we start getting a refund for lack of service?

would be nice if SH could post a message here or on main page explaining what has happened. You know, just to keep subscribers informed etc.

I've worked in IT for almost 40 years, i know that things go wrong sometimes, but we always keep the customers informed, give them an explanation and an estimated fix time, not that we can always meet that... It's been 15 hours now, no updates, nothing. Doesn't seem to be a priority to get it running again or at least keep us paying subscribers informed.

Lushstories chatroom also down, must be part of the same group. The admin on there says they are investigating and will hopefully be back soon, that was 6 hours ago.
