Hi all - I've upgraded to the Extras pack, but don't seem to have the chatpack - no emoticons, nowt. What have I missed/doing wrong?

Emoticons do not come in a pack - you have to type them manually.

Well you could always print out the list and stick it on the wall near to your computer, just like I did, and hopefully your other half wont come along nick them like mine did
