Some questions for you, what OS / Browser are you using, what are you using to connect? Mac? Laptop? Tablet? Phablet? Phone? If you're using Chrome then as a first step I'd suggest trying a different browser such as Firefox.
If from the link above you're trying to use desktop chat, then instead switch to the one on the right 'Enter The Chatroom' or if that doesn't work try the options underneath, Popup Blocker/ Additional Security Features Disabled or ' debug mode '
If you're still unable to connect visit the support section and raise a ticket from the link below selecting 'Chatroom' from the Department dropdown.
