chatroom help

can any 1 help please can not load chatroom my laptop crashed rebooted it no prob logged back into site no problem but still cant get into chat any ideas are most welcome regards irish 2007

have you tried waiting five minutes before trying again, clearing Cache, doing a defrag, disc clean?

you might need to re-install flashplayer..

sounds like they might be stuck in chat.
Would need to know whereabouts they were when pc crashed in order to kick them from the room

thank you all for your help my laptop crashed not when on site i have tried to download flash player just wont let me do it not a computer person lol if there is any other way to fix problem would be very grateful when i go into chat room it goes to four bars on bottom then nothing cant work out how to resovle this issue can enter site and working fine this is my only problem i have contacted sh hoping they can help with it once again thanks to the people who have tried to help me regards irish2007

have you tried restoring your laptop to an earlier day using the windows restore program?
