hi when i try joining chat after it as said authentication it just say connecting to a room but doesnt do anything this is new to me as i have previously been able to join chatroom quickly and easily any advice
What are you using to connect to chat? Also, what browser etc? When you visit the chatroom page found here http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/chatroom/ there are several other options available to you to connect other than the 'Enter The Chatroom' including one for the white screen? Take a look under the Enter The Chatroom box and you'll see them. Try that? If that fails you could raise a support ticket via the link below, use the Department drop down to select 'chatroom', keep the priority as medium. http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/support-tickets/new-ticket.html
What OS and Browser are you using? Sometimes it's just a matter of clearing your Cache and Browser history, have you tried that? Have you allowed an upgrade of Flashplayer or permit automatic updates? it might be totally unrelated but i've had so many problems in the last few months with chrome as far as chatrooms and cam problems go that i've switched to firefox now and (touch wood so to speak) its been fine since xx
