Chatroom not working - edited title

A mod - not a chat op - has been on and been able to access all the servers but those of us who were currently on server 4 found the others servers to be full.
Now server 4 has just booted me off! confused

I'll make another cuppa and sit it out cool

I have it on good authority that Admin and Elliot were in ther this morning installing fms3 (Don't ask!!) :? :? :?
It should be not only working now, but be improved!! :smug: :smug: :smug: :smug:

Elliot's been monitoring performance, indications are that each chatserver can handle twice as many connections and load, maybe more, we should find out tonight.

Seeems to be a problem with accessing the chat as it puts you into server 1 and it remains greyed out but if you go thro the extras lounge it is ok ???

hi logged in toi server took time to bring up people on system but no actual words in big box tried whisper friends nothing happened is it me or you

1 server really bad idea. It worked so well before why change it? Now unusable.

don't lke the one server idea. We seem to have lost some of our regular chatrooms. can we change back. For example cannot believe there is no one in Pool or Beach bar and Jacuzzi now permanentely full

How do you log out now and thus ensure you can re-enter chat within 5 minutes?

Click on the red X top right of screen and it closes down. You don't have the five minute delay anymore.

when i log in the chatroom works for 2mins then stops i can change rooms but cant say anything or view cams

hi all
is anyone having problems getting into the chat room all i get is Auth failed :undefined this is made worse because i just paid over £70 to upgrade to premeum and extras (was it worth it???????)please help.

I replied back to both tickets - try checking your ticket home page, you should see the replies.

I have the same "Auth Failed" message. Perhaps you might want to post the answer on the forum so we dont all bug admin with the same problem

What happens when you do a refresh Ctrl F5 and do you still have the other version of chat open.

Try clearing temp files;
If you are an Internet Explorer 6 user - this can be done through the Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
Internet Explorer 7 - Tools > Delete Browsing History.
Firefox - Tools > Options > Privacy > Settings

we are having problems it keeps saying auth failed when we log in to chatroom is this happening to anyone else have you managed to get in or is it just us mad
