Try clearing temp files;
If you are an Internet Explorer 6 user - this can be done through the Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
Internet Explorer 7 - Tools > Delete Browsing History.
Firefox - Tools > Options > Privacy > Settings

we have tried everything thats been suggested and still saying auth failed what can we do ? missing the chat boo hoo

Hi Ive been trying to get into chatrooms since 9pm yesterday with no luck.I notice that 4 servers are back IDEAS ?
I just get greyed out screens and the only response i get is if i click on new room button
I think you need to put a ticket in, as this is one that Admin aka Griff may be able to help with, it does sound a bit like a firewall issue, but I could be wrong.
just rebooted pc and managed to get into chatrooms Ive tried this several times with no luck,however it seems to have worked this time thanks

I click to enter the chat room and the chatroom screen opens saying loading interface..

For the past 2 nights ive not been able to log into the mids room. I was in there earlier today. I can get into other rooms, but once i click on the midlands one it freezes and kicks me out...... Help
Is anybody else experincing probs with chat room ? ...just doesn't seem to load properly
all i get when trying to go in chatrooms is blank page
we're having the same prob, room opens but just stays grey.
Same here tried reboot etc but still no joy.
Try again folks admin are trying to resolve the issues at their end

Sounds like you need the most up to date adobe flash player.
downloaded the lasted flash player but still cant get into chat and the sister sites chatroom is also not working so i guess they are on the same server
