Chatroom not working - edited title

Hi I cant get into the chat rooms can anyone help please

I've bought a new PC with broadband but the chatrooms are slower than ever. I have to wait several minutes before any chat or a list of chatters comes up and cams often don't open at all. Sometimes the screen goes dead for no apparent reason even on the rare occasions everythings been working. I had a better response on dial up.
How long before the bugs get sorted and this works properly?

I am also having the same problem as Kittysin today. I can get in all the rooms apart from NW room on server 1.....I miss my friends :shock:
I have rebooted several times but it hasn't helped.....can an Op help?

just looked at the number of people who have accessed the 2 chatroom forum threads that refer to problems with access. The number of SH members who have viewed this subject now exceeds 10,000.....yes ...TEN THOUSAND, so unless aol want to lose customers bigtime they blasted well better sort it out and soon !

why cant we get on sh via internet explorer i know im a aol use and i tried it like sh said and it worked but now it doesnt

linn its an aol thing, SH admin doin their best but dont hold ur breath, not sure there's that much they can do, im off to find new ISP in the morning lol

Same problems here too...I think this site owners should get sorted out with AOL and find out how to make it works! confused

I still cant get in the chat rooms too. Last Thursday I could not get on the internet at all, called AOL and I was told that there servers had gone down, since then I have not been able to get in the chat rooms at all.

When I sign in and click on chatroom, the chatroom box comes up but it is completely blank. No one is in the room and the curser looks like a hand, this has been going on for about a week now. Then after about five minutes the room changes, but it is still blank. Any idea's......

Not been able to get in for over amonth without it crashing and now even though i have paid for 12 months extras I can't look at people who have looked at my profile what's going on this is not the way to run a business?

every time i go in s/h ilose profiles after 5 mins then i have 2 log out wait 5 mins then go back in .profiles come on last 5 mins then off can eny 1 helpme thank u topdog_1952

i'm having exactly the same problem, it goes into lancelot or guinevere easy enough, but looks like no-one else is there
