Chatroom not working - edited title

wow yet again the site running slow...... and end up coming out the site ... waste of time by the time u say hello it slows that much you are talking to yourself ...lol

Aye sorry guys the chat servers were flipped over to Guin/Lance.
I'm now on braodband but the chatrooms are slower than when I had dial up. Takes ages to open cams and go between rooms and then after a few minutes, the whole screen goes pale and it's hard to get back in.
Difficult to know what's going on when there are 4 servers some days and Lancelot and Guinevere on others.
Could the administrators give us some idea when this will be fixed once and for all.

I am having various problems with both chatrooms since the change over.
These vary and are as follows
Put on cam and within 3 minutes the room will grey out and i have to go "join" to get back. Leave cam off and ok. Not the only person to experience this at the same time.
That seemed to be sorted, then !!!!!! and now
Im in chatroom(yorks)on Lanc and having serious lag problems, taking ages for what i type to appear in room if at all, but seems if i whisper that appears to me at least right away. Others who are typing it takes ages to appear in the room, to me at least.
Cant view cams, and after a few minutes room greys out on me. This has been going on all day. :(
It seems from others that i have spoken to that others are having similar problems, and there is a post on it from Admin, i cant seem to copy and paste the cmd action trace as reqested that the post has asked us to do, but other site chatrooms that i visit i do not have a problem
Can someone please advise, when this will resolved as things were much better before the change over to Lance Gun

This really is getting beyond a joke now, there is not one day since the change over that i do not logg in and have trouble free time.
Im host of Yorks chat No Directing and everytime i put my cam on within about 5 minutes it boots me.
I know this is happening to a few others who use Yorks chat room, but rather than swamp admin with problems one of us made the contact last week, with no reply.
Pleaseeeee can this be looked into, as since the change over i have not had one day where there has not been a problem of some sort with sh.
Not sure why as it was never like this on the old 1/2/3/4 servers. What is going on ?

The Admin team need feedback like this now. Please send in a support ticket. If lots of people sent in tickets with the same problem then it shows them the extent of the problem.
