You guys in Ops and Admin should be ashamed of yourselves.
I have been patient and quiet over the quite appaling chat service offered. The system has been messed around with and for every one step forward takes two steps back.
With 852k members, let us be generous and assume that 150k are free...the rest of us are paying.... that is the subscription of 700k people!!!
The servers are up down full...log in, fall out, on, off, in, out, one, two, four, five minute, 30 second...I wish my sexlife was like that....Really i have tried to be patient and understanding. I have chatted against rival systems but there comes a point.
Is it that you think that the nature of the service means that peeps are less likely to make external complaints to trading standards, and can therefore treat users in this way???
This is shameful, and dont even try with further empty apologies....just get it sorted.

Not sure what I have to be ashamed about Paul. I'm a standard member who joined the site back in 2003 and have since then held a voluntary post on the site. I suffer with some of the same failures in service as most other people.
I say some... cos I don't have AOL. I also run a computer that is capable of running the necessary software.
If you are dissatisfied with the service I can understand the way you feel towards the company that own the site. But what does this have to do with the ops?

Hi, Everytime i try to enter chat rooms it redirects me to log on page!!!!!

Having trouble getting into the chat rooms. I sign in as normal, but when I click on chatroom it askes for my user name and password again when I click on enter chatroom it's takes me to the payment page...I think and I admit to maybe being wrong that I'm all paid up (yearly)

now it seems to log me off as it gets to the link to select chat or extras chat. when i click on chat it sends me to the sign up screen lol
