If you get the sign up screen then its most likely a cache issue, try a refresh and let me know if it works or doesn't, either way a response will help us to sort out the bug.

Still same problem admin however if I use yr link on your e mail then I go straight in Yet if I then go back to sign in I cannot go into chat room

well, i can't get in again this morning... i could the other day but it does seem very temperemental at the moment...
when i click on the chatroom icon, nothing happens at all
hope it all gets sorted out soon.
imagine it's a bit of a technological nightmare for the site people, but then i don't know much about computers so what do i now lol
Some others were having this problem where their browser wouldn't open up chat in a new window so we c hanged the code to open up chat in the same window, the problem with this was that others couldn't see the whole chat area due to the room taken up by the browser menu's.
So now there's the original link which opens up in a new window and underneath that another link for those that can't open up a new window, hopefully that will solve the problem for everyone.
For those that are still having issues its always best to put in a support ticket, this way we can try to sort you out on a case by case basis.
All i get is a blank screen, my browser says the page has finished loading.
Is there a problem with server 2? each time i try to go there i get disconnected and an error message that says the problem has been sent to the techincal support team.

All is not well :sad: you see the last few posts well they still apply though if ya mix em up and shuffle em about a bit then thats whats going on as well :sad:

Server 4 is currently down and as it's the default entry point into chat then we can't get in :violin:

getting a little peeved at having probs in chat at 4am...the site cant be that busy and we pay good money for this...come on sh sort it out
is server 1 playing up tonight tues 12th as i cannt get in i get grey screen but ok on other servers

Having problems getting into server 1 screen just freezes, can anyone help..
There was a problem with one of the admin rooms, the file had to be reconfigured and all of the chatservers restarted to enable the fix, it should all be working fine now.
Then the ubiquitous 5 minute thingy comes in to play (yawn)
