chatroom problem

Ih trying to use the chatroom i can log into it and i see the live cams ok the chat members are there all listed but the text box is blank i can type in it and press send and what i typed goes but geos to dont know where? do i have to register with the chat section sep to the site im a full member if so what do i do to register to use the chat thanks

i cannot access chat at all, i use firefox and have cleared the cahe as instructed, i just have a transferring data screen

support ticket lodged, replys it is an ISP problem, contavcted toucam (tiscali line) they operate a fair usage policy
