There is nothing new about problems on this site if it aint chat its profiles its always something. They are taking the piss or just the money and running and dont give a toss as long as they are making a fortune.

It has been like this since I tried to log in at four this morning....no admin in site, no replies to any threads....... it is becoming a joke now, I understand the odd "blip" when they were moving servers, and it has been down for hours now - admin any answers ??? x x x

I've not been able to enter the chatroom for more than 12 hours now and I can't see the pix in profiles. I've tried on two computers and two different browseers. Am I the only one having problems?

Looks by all accounts as if it's been down for most of the night and all of the morning - but the 'status' is still green.
Quite clear that no one is monitoring the site at all.
Just re-joined for another year, and wish I'd not bothered. Am a member of a number of sites (Not just adult) where totally free sites manage far heavier server loads with OTP software packages and have virtually no downtime.
It is unacceptable for a commercial site to not only be down for so long, but for there to be no communication to it's paying customers regarding the nature of the problem and an estimate of when the service will be available again.
Shocking treatment of customers.
Quite clear that no one is monitoring the site at all.

Yep chats still messing up . It went off around midnight last night so we are looking at 10hrs or so downtime which isnt really acceptable . This sould have been identified and fixed by now ?
There seems to be more down time than up these days and I would agree that we are all it seems being continually being placated by these "we are moving the server" and "please be patient" type responses from admin which sounds very professional and gives us the impression that we are getting quality service .
The reality seems to be the opposite and I suggest the site is getting very amateurish in lots of ways , and what is this continual tinkering about?
The recent new "tweak" seems to be something about enabling cpls to log in together on one account but on seperate machines? why bother? it will no doubt lead to more problems and downtime ..
Very simple approach needed SH get the system working properly for a while and stop blimmin messing with it all the time .
We pay for a service to use and not for you to keep "developing" things which cause more problems ..
Be warned my next months membership and it seems lots of others are in the balance at the very least I and other paying folk should be given some sort of compensation for all these interrupts .. as I said at the start "actions" not excuses please ..:fuckinghell:

They really need to get this sorted. The weekend is playtime for the majority of members and no chat facility is ridiculous.
Also somewhat concerning that no moderator has seen fit to comment on here and at least inform us of what is happening.

I noticed a few problems yesterday morning,so this issue has been there for 24 hours. I am due to renew in August,and given the frequency off this type off thing I will have to consider if I will.

Moderators deal with forum issues, not chat issues, however I do appreciate your concerns and as I previously mentioned, Admin have been contacted and hopefully will resolve these problems.
We have no knowledge, Mods or Chat Ops, of what the problem is, only Admin have that capability.
