Chatroom whitse screen via android

Hi all.
Just trying to go into the Chatroom viam my phone. I am using Android 2.3.7 , and have just downloaded the latest SHeaven app .
I can view other parts of the website seemingly okay, but when click on the 'enter the chatroom' link , i just geta white page.
I ahve even tried clicking on the link below the main one, that says click here if get white page - but that doesnt work either.
Appreciate any help , so I can perv on the move lol

This is android we're talking about *smiling* at least iPhone owners don't have that problem *tongue firmly in cheek*
As suggested, raise a support ticket

Select 'chatroom' in the Dept dropdown and keep the priority as medium

never had any issues, except obvious screen size issues, when testing the mobile app using Android 2.3 or Android 4. onwards
As Toots suggests try the Support Ticket route.
