Chatroom wont open

Is there a problem with chat at the moment when I click on chatroom a new window opens but just get a blank white page.

Its all ok at the moment, you may have a dodgy version cached, so have a go at clearing your cached files, if that fails drop us a support ticket and we will try to help you resolve the issue.

When I push F5 it loads but used to load automaticaly before. What are cached files and how do i clean them.

In Internet Explorer select;
Tools > Delete Browsing History > Make Sure "Delete Temporary Internet Files" is selected then hit OK
You should then close Internet Explorer and reopen it.
