we like to use this site and the chatrooms in particlar but they frequently dont work for us
yes ... everything on our laptops/pcs is upto date and working
we have no problems with other sites
just this site and chat in particular
today for instance we have both been disconnected from chatrooms over and over again, both of us .. we each have a log in here
now gary is an IT man so our laptops/pc and everything else is in good working order
so why the problem with us constantly being booted from here ???
so glad i dont pay to be here !

i have in the past but not this weekend cus when i have before its not really helped
we just logged off and stayed away last nite cus it gets annoying when i/we keep getting disconnected
came back this afternoon and its working a little better but very slow :(

I had a similar problem when I updated to Firefox 3.6 and I know a few people also experienced problems when they updated to IE 8. This worked for me...Try a clean install of the latest version of Flash Player 2 for your particular browser, but first remove previous version using the Adobe uninstaller, here:

all other sites work fine including utube which i use most days and bbciplayer and similar :)
