we are finding it hard to swap between servers and then also struggling to stay in a room of our choice, either get booted out the room to another one on the same server or into another server
its been happening for a few days now but not all the time
any help or information would be appreciated

I noticed a 5 or 6 second delay last night moving between servers, its still there and may well be related to your problem, its an issue that we most probably won't be able to sort out until Monday.
