Disappointed - Chatroom issue

I emailed a Site Moderator about a specific issue, checked my sent messages, it was read.
I've had no reply or acknowledgment ?
I understand that the Mods / Chat Op's devote their time freely and do a great job, this is not what my post is about.
If ADMIN or a Mod/Op would like to pm/ email I'd be glad to discuss.

You were sent a reply 3 minutes after you sent the pm, I think you need to check your settings to ensure that the mod isn't blocked by yourself.
If you need help from the admin team a support ticket is always best, if you have an issue related to chat then you should contact a chatroom op if one is available.

This is a list of members you have added to your ignore list, this means that any mail they send you will not appear in your inbox. To add a member to the ignore list simply click the add to ignore list option when you read a message from them!
You have no members in your ignored list.

The chatroom forum isn't the appropriate place to discuss pm messages, you would need to submit a support ticket http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/support-tickets if you wish for further checks to be made, all I can do is re-iterate that a reply was sent to you 3 minutes after you sent the pm, I should add that the records I am reviewing are for the 4th December.

perhaps you have a type of account that is blocked ... ie. if the op you messaged was a single male account and you have blocked single males fom messages ... just a sugestion

Thanks, St3v3 and Sara, that was exactly it, somehow I'd blocked a type! To the Mod in question humblest apologies.
