Failed to capture camera and/or microphone - Error

I can no longer get my camera to work, it still works on any other site.

I have tried, Chrome, Edge, Firefox and checked the privacy settings are correct. The same error every time just for this site

What OS / Camera / Device ? I initially had trouble with a camera but on one occasion it was being used by another programme , on the 2nd occasion it was down to the Firefox browser, on both occasions I rectified it by first closing the other programme and switching to another browser. I also had to reboot.
