Can new members not join the Chatroom?
Know a couple of people that have joint today but can't get into that chatroom.
Any ideas why this is?

Dundee/Male, it would probably be better if the members you are talking about went through 'Contact Us' process (Link at the bottom of the page, left hand side) and followed the technical advice on there. If that doesnt solve their problem, then they should raise a 'Support Ticket' which is also done via the same button.
